Obama exists. There’s your proof of his birth “anywhere”. Now quit acting like you’re objective and prove he was born outside the US.
You are a troll. However, I will continue this ridiculous dance with you for the sake of lurkers. Logic is my only tool, truth is my only goal. Now, let's proceed again, and this time, no sidestepping or twisting or omission from you, Obama supporter.
One cannot prove a negative, one can only prove a positive. Your assertion is that Obama was born in Hawaii. I make no assertion as to his birthplace, because I haven't seen a single document which indicates it. What circumstantial evidence does exist points to a non-Hawaiian birthplace. So, prove the positive assertion that Obama was born in Hawaii.
That is my only question. That is the single answer you need to supply to prove me wrong, yourself correct, and receive a full, open apology from me right here in this forum or any of your choosing. Now how easy is that?
Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, aka Barry Obama is applying for the job of President of my Republic. It is his responsibility to prove he is eligible according to the simple Constitutional stipulations.
The applying candidate has been found to be a lying perjurer on his application for the Illinois bar. The claimed proof of his birth location posted at his website and his agency, factcheck.org posted, is very questionable ... major forgery aspects have been discovered. If this affirmative action liar were applying for a job as a cop or a hospital worker and it surfaced that he had lied on a bar association application, everything the candidate offered to verify his eligibility for the job would be questioned, legitimately. I'm so sorry you don't like your messiah being a perjurer and don't want him questioned in his affirmative action gaming of the election process. LOL
You and your pusillanimous, pugnacious, punkish, snarky, insulting, ridiculing, rhetoric speak volumes as to what this affirmative action poseur must enlist in order to try desperately to avoid providing documentation that he is in fact eligible. If you're what this punk from Chicago criminal politics must employ to game yet another system in his lust for entitlement, it speaks volumes to his ineligibility and fraudulent aims.
Now for the common sense your pusillanimity lacks. This is simple, so try to keep up with these points from other common sense freepers:
"Why didn't the founders think themselves to be natural born; they were all born on this continent?"
All of our Presidents were born on the North American continent, even those that were born prior to the Constitution who were "grandfathered" in. If they were born here, why did they not consider themselves natural born?
The only thing different between them and those born later was their "allegiance" by birth (and that of their parents) to Britain. I think the key to understanding the intention and application of "NaturalBornCitizen" can be found in discovering why they did not confer NBC status on themselves. Just being born here was not enough for them; should just being born in America be enough for us, when Barack Obama was born with allegiance to Britain through his British subject father?
The key to understanding natural born citizen for purposes of being eligible to serve as President lies in the way the Founding Fathers were grandfathered in. You can see the distinction right there. The FF were born British same as Obama (Kenyan-British actually, through his father). The only born British (or foreign) people who qualify to be President are those who were US citizens at the time of the adoption of the US Constitution. This is written into the Constitution in the exception clause. Unless Barack is more than 250 years old, he doesnt qualify under the exception clause and remains a British citizen via the allegiance his father held to Britain/Kenya.
As Rep Bingham put it during a floor debate in Congress:
Rep. John Bingham of Ohio, considered the father of the Fourteenth Amendment, confirms the understanding and construction the framers used in regards to birthright and jurisdiction while speaking on civil rights of citizens in the House on March 9, 1866:
" ... I find no fault with the introductory clause [S 61 Bill], which is simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution, that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents [plural, meaning two] not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen..." The 20th amendment states clearly, “if the President elect shall have failed to qualify”. It does not state “if the people fail to qualify the PE”. The burden of proof of qualification for any job is with the applicant.
20th Amendment Sct3: “if the President elect shall have failed to qualify”
