The 20th amendment states clearly, “if the President elect shall have failed to qualify”. It does not state “if the people fail to qualify the PE”. The burden of proof of qualification for any job is with the applicant.

Good point. It is obviously the President elect’s job to PROVE he IS qualified; not the job of the citizenry to disprove it.

The quality of 0bamatroll is going down the drain. Are they scraping the bottom of the barrel, or what?

It’s on the people who make this garbage up to prove that he fails to qualify. If you have evidence that Obama wasn’t born in the United States, produce it. Obama has already shown his COLB, and that’s been backed up by reliable sources who oversee Hawaii’s vital records. He qualifies, unless you can prove otherwise, something that no one has bothered to do, so I have my doubts that even you take this seriously.
