There are eye-witnesses to BHO’s birth in Kenya. The same can not be said for Hawaii.
I have an interesting and true story. My girlfriend adopted a baby from Russia 9 years ago when she and her husband lived in Hawaii. When they brought the baby back to Hawaii, official paperwork issued by the State provided the little guy a Certification of Live Birth which states that he was BORN in Maui.
Three years later, my girlfriend and her husband moved back home to Chicago. The following year, they learned that their little guy had a brother who was one year older than their adopted son. They raced back to Russia after receiving all the appropriate US adoption approvals. They brought the toddler back to Chicago and his registration paperwork issued by the Illinois provides a Certificate of Live Birth (note: not “Certification”)which lists his place of birth as Russia.
Now, the question is, when these boys come of age, can either of them run for POTUS?
“A forged document”. Who says it’s forged? A legitimate journalist (if those creatures exist anymore)? No. A court? Nope. Some rulings against the conspiracy nuts have been based on the COLB. The people in charge of Hawaii’s vital records? Nope, they’ve stood by it. So, who says it’s forged? Why that would be some kook out to make a name for himself.
Please, no more of these “forged COLB” posts. You are not Buckhead. Provide legitimate, documented proof of a non-Hawaiian birth, or admit that there isn’t any.
The PROOF that something is not kosher lies in the fact that BHO is doing his damndest to avoid releasing his ORIGINAL birth certificate.
I don’t care about “eyewitnesses”. Eye witnesses are not documents, and from what I’ve heard about Barack’s granny, she appeared not to understand the questions. Can’t say that I blame her for not understanding. What kind of idiot would fly halfway across the world to ask a stupid question like that when the preponderance of evidence shows that Barack Obama, Jr (or II) was born in Hawaii?
Couldn’t care less about your story. It’s irrelevant to the fact that Obama’s birth certificate is on file in Hawaii. You do not need to see it because you haven’t provided evidence of a non-Hawaiian birth.
No, that isn’t proof of anything. Is your birth certificate out in the public? Why should Obama’s be? He has released his COLB, and he shouldn’t have even done that. These are baseless attacks, and the worst thing that you can do as a politician is respond to baseless attacks. Lord knows that if Pres. Bush had spent the last eight years responding to baseless attacks, there wouldn’t have been a second of time to do anything else.
The fact that Obama admits he held British citizenship at birth means he is not a natural born citizen. He and his obamanoid squad have tried to argue that since Kenyan citizenship expired he is eligible. But that reality means that he is a naturalized citizen, at best, not a natural born citizen.
The Axelrod agitprops think Freerepublic will shut up and get out of the affirmative action candidate's way if they are obnoxious enough. Humor the poor things. It keeps them busy. They cannot comprehend that 'entitlement' demands don't fly at FR.
Obama’s legal stonewalling is aimed more at not having to present his forgery—that he’s been relying on—in a court where it can have ‘authentification’ done which will expose him further. When the close to perfect forgery is ready in the vault in HI, he will stop the challenges and provide what he has been incapcable of producing.
Is it generally the policy of the state of Hawaii to issue birth certificates (actual birth certificates) to children born outside of the country? That is what is on file for Obama with the state of Hawaii, but as I’ve said, the birth certificate isn’t the issue. The issue is the repeated failure of the birthers to put out any evidence that Obama was born outside the country. The evidence we do have (the existence of the birth certificate, the birth announcement in the Hawaiian newspaper, the lack of any travel records showing Ms. Dunham to be outside the country during the time of Obama’s birth) proves beyond any reasonable doubt that Barack Obama was born in Honululu, Hawaii in August 1961.
I see you don’t take the constitution seriously. That begs the question of why you are logging onto a constitutionalist website to discuss a constitutional issue which is blooming into a constitutional crisis. I call BS on this statement. It doesn’t prove anything, much less beyond a reasonable doubt.
I think he’s a DU’er who thinks Obama has been the duly elected president and he doesn’t want anyone to mess that up.

You neglect what happened for months when zer0bama produced a copy of his birth certificate. Everything was quiet, no conspiracies, maybe only one or two nutcases but almost all of us ignored the issue completely until IsraelInsider published an analysis showing that electronic document to be a forgery. So, the fact that most (if not all) of us thought the issue was buried until that point is proof that we do weigh the evidence and take it usually at face value.

0bama and his little team of sycophants have been doing everything they can to erase, change, hide, and seal every bit of documentation about his life, including his mother’s.
Of course, you know that. Truth means nothing to you as you are a typical leftist 0bama sycophant, and your presence on FR is solely to disrupt. I think it will be very interesting to see how his sycophants react when various truths about him begin to emerge.
These people don’t necessarily think 0bama has been duly elected president; they worship him and could care less about legality or truth. From what I’ve seen they would rather obscure the truth if it doesn’t suit their worshipful object. Rules for Radicals is their game.
