Claims of Obama Proofers Go "Poof"
Pajamas Media ^ | December 12 | Bob Owens

Posted on 12/12/2008 4:50:42 PM PST by AJKauf

Barack Obama never renounced his U.S. citizenship. Also, as he was a minor when he moved to Indonesia, neither he nor his parents could have renounced it. Period. As far as U.S. law is concerned, Barack Obama never lost his U.S. citizenship even as he gained Indonesian citizenship. Indonesia’s laws on the matter simply don’t apply in this country.

And so while multiple lawsuits challenging his eligibility still have appeals left to be exhausted, the simple fact of the matter is that there is no credible evidence that Barack Obama is anything other than a U.S. citizen “natural born” in a Hawaiian hospital in 1961. As a result, none of the cases submitted to the U.S. Supreme Court is likely to be heard.

But will the quashing of the various legal challenges be enough to satisfy those that have bought into these unsupported theories?

If past conspiracy theories can be a guide, then “no.”

Now, don’t be snippy. You can easily look it up; if you really want to know.

The lawyers being employed have been posted and the exact amount is everchanging due to the ongoing lawsuits as well as some of the lawyers being employed by both Obama and the DNC.

You know lawyers don’t come cheap and you know the total will be changing day by day. You know a small fortune is being spent to prevent the birth certificate from going public.

So what in all honesty are you asking for besides a cheap excuse to pretend it isn’t happening?

As I tried to post on Pj, Bob and his pals are funnier to watch than those he’s making fun of. It’s interesting how easy it is to make these folks get their panties in a wad. They can’t stand a bunch of “proofers” making their party look bad. Actually, I think they’re scared to death that Obama isn’t natural born and don’t want to face what might happen if that’s proven. They just give in to the implied extortion and help the left make fun of anyone who simply wants the constitution obeyed and some very basic documentaion whenever there is even a shadow of a doubt.

These folks are under their desks like it’s some kind of fifties duck and cover exercise, typing madly as they try to unwad their panties, and they think people asking a simple question are funnyy.

Regards

Then show us a link where this has done less damage to zer0bama than spending $10 on releasing his BC.

Show me a link where this has made a pin prick on Obama's 66 million voter base. This is on the fringe of the body politic.

By the way I thought we were talking about clam's of Obama spending $$$$$$$$$$$ were is that proof

In Indonesia, the parents have the right to represent underage chilren to renounce their US citizenships.

Not according to U.S. law. See Title 8 > Chapter 12 > Subchapter III > Part III > § 1481 of the U.S. code.

***

Free -

Non is correct - SCOTUS has ruled that a minor cannot renounce his citizenship since it is assumed that he lacks the capability to form the intnet, nor can anyone else do it for him.

After the minor reaches the age of majority he can willfully renounce his citizenship by a deed of affirmation.

Sue they do ~ they issue it for those purposes. Still, there's the "short form" good for some purposes, and the "long form" good for other purposes.

What you want to see is the original input document ~

It's easy to see how ridiculous anything could be. For example, "Change you can Hope for" ~ yeah, that's the ticket, "Change you can hope for", and you ain't gonna' get it from him.

Now some of us see that the whole Obamaista campaign was a fraud from beginning to end, and others are blind to the truth.

It's not at all hard to imagine that when you have a crowd as elementally dishonest as the obamistas that Obama isn't a citizen.

I assure you this is all going to get worse, and the birth certificate issue will be seen as just the tip of the iceberg.

The fact a President-Elect's background is still more mysterious than the contents of a can of SPAM should give everyone pause

Spam is ham and pork shoulder.

Still no idea about Obama's background, though.

Newbies! Noww ain't that awful. Apparently thinking independently, not buying this steady stream of Zero propaganda. Too bad some of the longtime conservatives on this forum have got obsessed with mocking patriotic efforts.

Don't you honestly wonder just why the guy has not proven eligibility with his BC?

And he [McCain] was not born in the United States. But I don't remember having ever seen it, not that it matters.

Wash Post story on McCain BC controversy

Excerpt:

The birth was announced two days later in the English-language Panamanian American newspaper. A senior official of the McCain campaign showed a reporter a copy of the senator's birth certificate issued by Canal Zone health authorities, recording his birth in the Coco Solo "family hospital."

No. They don't. It isn't reconised for applying as a native Hawaiian for himeland.

Applying for Hawaiian Home Lands

The primary documents used to show you are of age and a qualified native Hawaiian are:

* A certified copy of Certificate of Birth;
* A certified copy of Certificate of Hawaiian Birth, including testimonies; or
* A certified copy of Certificate of Delayed Birth.
