Oddly San Francisco voted down the Bush sewer plant and another really lib thing on the ballot in SF. Maybe there are more sane people in the bay area than we realized.

Always better to wait until after they’re dead to start naming things. Just ask those who named the Ted Stevens International Airport at Anchorage.

I always thought the renaming of the sewage plant in “honor” of Bush was misguided from the standpoint of what the nuts that were behind it wanted to accomplish. To the far left a sewage treatment plant is like a temple to the religion of global warming. Turning sewage into drinkable water is like a sacrament to them. So I never really got what the insult was, at least from their perspective. From their point of view it ought to be considered a compliment to have a sewage plant named after someone—and the country ought to be dotted with Al Gore Sewage Treatment Plants.

Things should not be named after people WHILE they are still in office, or in Obama’s case... BEFORE they have even taken office! Good Lord these people have lost it. Its like we have Roman emporers or something. Nero demanded to be worshipped while he was still alive.

BTW, I did just a quick search on Google and found only one Middle School that was named after Jimmy Carter (in NM), and only one High School (in TX, of all places) popped up. LOL
