It should be a punch ballot that you have to cast on election day. If you’re out of the country and NOT a member of the military, then too damned bad!

I thought Coleman was going to win until I read this - no more. Coleman has been ahead in every poll, but a runoff in a state in a year of unprecedented voter fraud and corruption, I think Stuart Smalley is going to win - even if he has to print out some “missing” ballots.
