Its as accurate as yer eye, and the further you take it out distance wise the closer yer resolution will be.

I would sight .308 at like 250~300 yds

But I’m no expert.

I'm a game shooter. For now. My gun club range has 200 yds and 300 meter (330 yds) targets w/ gongs of various sizes. EVERYONE hears a hit! If I can find a varmint upper for my AR (after things settle down), we'll see.

The AR will rock gongs at 400 yds. I wouldnt know where that lands on the gong or the energy displaced but you sure as heck can hear it
