There is strong evidence that Clinton RAPPED someone. Just so I'm completely clear on this....
Are we saying that he "rapped" someone over the head, as in hitting them?
...Or are we saying he chanted a "song" about b-itches & ho's while scratching vinyl records at someone?

Actually, I believe he had one too many “P”s in that “RAPPED” word. I think he was referring to the crimes committed against Juanita Broaddrick, against that poor girl in Oxford England, and perhaps others.
