Equi-Search spokesman saying this has to be her...the line of direction from the grandparents home to where this body is discovered...is exactly a direct b-line to their home.
What in the world does this mean? If you take any two points, of course you can draw a straight line, (a bee-line), between them.

"Do you think the ex-cop grandfather told them how to get away with murder?" If he did he did a rotten job.
Rule 1 would be: Get a competient attorney. She has one of the worlds worst attorneys.

They said this is in the woods, the reader had to pee and walked into the wooded area to pee and found the bag. Remember a lot of areas around their home were badly flooded this summer from two hurricanes, this was one reason Equisearch kept having to put off searches and they also kept pulling police searches. The Florida Fox guy said a few minutes ago they asked the Orlando police about this area and were hung up on only to get a call back to say that is not the area they are looking at due to where her cell phone pings all were located.
Remember everyone was searching in the river (which was close to where this bag was found) and in teh area around the cell phone pings... and the bail bonds guy kept saying he felt she had tossed the baby in the big garbage dumpster near where her car was left and if it wasn't in the river, it was in the county dump...
Now they just had a press conferene and confirmed yes, this area had definitely been under water and until the water receded the bag was not able to be found.

Betting there’s something in the bag that will definitely lead back to the mother...a toy, some unusual clothing, chloroform residue...

I just read on another thread that the duct tape was around the skull. If true then this means the mother duct-taped her mouth and that would be premeditation. Either way they will be able to get her fingerprints off the tape, so even if nothing else was in the sack this will likely seal the deal. Dr. Baden just said they have removed finger prints from duct tape over three years later and being out in the elements.

My guess is Casey used the borrowed shovel to dig a shallow grave where she put Caylee's remains. The rain caused the ground to wash away and the plastic bag surfaced.
I pray Casey's fingerprints are all over that duct tape.

I think that is a very good guess. Fox said the site would be at most a five minute walk from the house.
To: Arizona Carolyn
They found duct tape around what would have been the mouth.

"Pretty mind-boggling that it wasnt found earlier."Tim from Equuasearch said earlier that the area was under water after search efforts began and they were unable to search those undeveloped lots. Casey told her mother that she believed Caylee was 'close to home'.

I'm so looking forward to Nancy Grace this evening, especially after the Anthony's trashed her on Larry King last night.
But I'm prepared for the "Zani did it" defense.

Which “should” go to premeditation and the death sentence.
To: spectre
I so don’t watch Larry King, what did they say about Nancy Grace? I can’t wait to see how Nancy takes on Doctor Kobi tonight.... he was seemingly convinced the air sample evidence was unreliable and leaning to proving Casey was innocent, I heard they even hired Dr. Lee... this is like the Dream Team all over again, who was funding Casey anyway?
To: Arizona Carolyn
Exactly. The prosecution will be able to get it this time, I believe.

I just had a terrible thought: does the duct tape around the mouth indicate she buried her alive?

"This has got to be poor Caylee Anthony. Less than a half-mile from the Anthony house in Orlando. " I posted this elsewhere, but will add here as well. Early on in this case, I heard the father or grandfather of Casey being interviewed after visiting Casey in jail. He said that she said in Re: to Kaylee, "She's close.". And here we are, her body possibly being found close.
When my daughter heard them refer to Zanny the babysitter she said "Oh, Nanny Zanny, I've heard of her."... this is the act of giving a child zanax to knock them out so mama can go clubbing. Choloform is also used in this manner.

Pretty mind-boggling that it wasnt found earlier. The area where the body was found was behind a fence. Searcher weren't allowed to go back there without permission from the owner - that was in process.

The family would have been shunned and run out of town.

I don't think she buried her alive, remember her car reeked of death, the child was in her car at least as long as it took to start decomposing and then Casey tossed her out like trash. There was fluids and a hair in the trunk, that hair had indications of death, as the ring that appears at the root when it falls out of a corpse was there. There was also chloroform spilled in the trunk. Likely she chroformed her and then taped her mouth in case she woke up and she either died of suffocation or from being over chloroformed.
Doctor Kobilinski in Fox now saying how they will use mitochrondrial DNA to identify her, will take more time. They said the skeleton will go to Quantico, VA
