What I find interesting is that people think that Blago’s statement exonerates Odumbo. Pay attention to what Blago says; he stated that, I paraphrase, “all he is going to give me in return is appreciation”. Blago was expecting repayment for *something* otherwise there would not be an expectation of repayment. Blago did something for The One and The One snubbed him.
Excellent point, Army Air Corps. Why would the governor say that Obama was only offering appreciation if they (or members of the staff) hadn’t had a conversation about it with possible offers made?
