If your kids share any of these images on the home computer, the images can be retrieved from the hard drive even if you believe you “deleted” them.

1. Search your hard drive for .jpg and other image extensions. Any extensions in a non-standard area need to be examined. 2. Delete them and then use a tool like 'Windows Washer' to eradicate any evidence that it was ever on your hard drive.

I am a big fan of Evidence Eliminator and use it a maintenance utility to clean the stuff off that Windows says it does and doesn't.
