Yes.
If he took the government job, he’d lose money from loss of those sponsers, speeches, and carbon-credit schemes that he has going .... And is promoting so heavily.
And besides, if he actually WAS in a government job, he would have take actual responsibility for his actions, and might actually be BLAMED for their catastrophic impact on future generations.

I am sure he feels it is beneath him. Afterall, he oversaw the Senate during impeachment hearings in the Senate.
On another note, I’m dying to know how many transition/administration members are calling attorneys as we speak? I will be looking for early exits or re considerations.
