Happy day! Of course he is a Democrat, aren’t they all in the Chicago area Dems? We always say Illinois is ruled by Chicago and we try to deny it but here in downstate Clay County, we had over 2,000 idiots who voted for Obama. The old guy and Sarah won our county but only by 1,000 votes. Some died in the wool Dems will never vote for a Republican, no matter what. We can only hope they go after Obama next but I won’t hold my breath for that to happen.
Living in Du Page county frustrating enough, I can’t imagine how downstaters do it.

Now live in FL but formerly from Sangamon County. You know, Springfield, that capitol where Blago refused to live? Grew up in Macoupin County where if the Dems ran the donkey those fools would vote for it. Never blame IL for being Democrap, we’re ruled and vastly outnumbered by Chicago where as the old saying goes, “Vote early, vote often!” and just because you’re dead doesn’t mean you can’t still vote!
This has been too long in coming. He never should have been elected to his first term. For those who don’t know Blago’s favorite description of anything the Republican did that he didn’t like was that it was “illegal”. Funny thing was, everything he did to “fix the illegality” was always ruled the same way by any reviewing court.
And, he ran on a platform of change too. No specifics but just change from that evil Republican George Ryan. Sound familiar?
