I think today was an arraignment judge. The fed judges are on rotation if it’s like in Tampa, FL. Whoever comes up on rotation barring any conflicts of interest (what are the chances?) will be assigned the federal jury trial.
After letting you and Cletus bask in ignorance all afternoon long claiming the Deputy Governor was Quinn, I think I will.
Anybody ever think that maybe Blogo knew he was being taped and started saying stuff about Obama to exculpate Obama out of the picture? Maybe some of his tapes were bluffs.

That's what I was implying. A quid pro quo from Fitzgerald to Blago to keep her from prosecution if he names names. Blago himself could also propose the same. But before it happens there would have to be sufficient foundation for it to be accepted.

Yes! I wondered that this morning after reading about his insane comments yesterday and trying to understand how the man could have been so stupid and arrogant to do this ‘Senate Seat Sale’ while he was being investigated by the feds for corruption. It’s either that or he thinks he is immune with Obama’s win because he has the goods on the President elect.
