4 So Joseph also went up from the town of Nazareth in Galilee to Judea, to Bethlehem the town of David, because he belonged to the house and line of David.
5 He went there to register with Mary, who was pledged to be married to him and was expecting a child.
6 While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born,
7 and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.

Gramps & I will be up w/the two dawgs....oh heck. We’ll bring the little fluff ball too when we come ...for Christmas.
What’s for dinner? :) :) :)
Leg of lamb, smoked salmon and sirloin roast, perhaps some quail and game hen...
Okra, spinach, artichoke and greens...
pickles, olives, apples, pears and oranges...
mince, strawberry and coconut pies...
chocolate, coffee and brandy...
I hope we can find something to soothe your weary travel.
You and gramps and your dawgs are welcome anytime.

Guess what I had for dinner? You think you’re so smart...
I had a HOMEMADE GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH, and not one, but TWO fried eggs. Over easy. Heavy on the pepper.

Pinging a few of my good friends in the racing off-season to The Reason for the Season. (Click on BG’s link at the end of the article at the top of the thread.)
The Glock family wishes you a Merry Christmas, and an excellent new year.
Pray for our troops.
God bless.
And a Merry Christmas from south Texas!
South Texas... just the thought warms up the chill. We made it up to t-shirt weather (40 degrees) just about when the sun set today... gonna get chilly pretty quick round here.
Not much warmer down this way Glock, we’re at 41 right now (and falling).
Merry Christmas from Central Missouri to all freepers, and all of our soldiers wherever they may be. God’s speed to all.
And for the 1st time in many years, all of the troops in my family are home. Step son returned home in time for Thanksgiving. Last year had the step son and my son together in Iraq. They had Christmas dinner together.
this year, we will all be together! We are truely blessed.
And a very Merry Christmas to all!!!!
And just around the corner.......DAYTONA!!!!!
BTW, if 40 is too cold forz you, try our winter for size. It hasen’t snowed a lot, but it has been stupid cold the last month!!!
So much for the climate change.........
I truly hope you, and all Freepers (and lurkers), have a very merry Christmas.
LOL, we’re 10-15 degrees below normal and it’s VERY cold for us!
Think Houston will have a Christmas look in the morning.
I turned on my heater for the first time last night. We seem to be having warm season here in Southern California.
