No, you let people have their say, and if you don’t like it go elsewhere. It is not unreasonable for persons to want Mr. Obama to clarify legitimate questions. The will of voters only count when constitutionally applied. If they voted for an individual that was not constitutionally qualified, then those votes are meaningless. A vote in an election does not constitutionally amend the constitution.
BTW - Other than having a new election in four years (two for congress)...there are no viable “solutions.”
The SCOTUS needs to stop punting and hear these cases out.
He is not the president yet.
That he has allegedly spent over $800,000 to keep from producing a $10 document thereby ending the controversy indicates that he may in fact not be eligible for the presidency.
I thought Bush was our President. Hell, legally Hussein isn't even President-elect yet.
