I think these BC lawsuits need to win in at least one lower court. You don’t just keep appealing up to the SC if you don’t agree with the lower judges decision. If a case is dismissed by a lower court without a hearing, what makes you think the SC will see any merit in it?
Because Richardson or the ambassador say something doesn’t mean its true. It’s called heresay and not worth spit in this situation.
It could be true....I realize that.
Just look at eh coverage that the Donofrio suit got before today. Practically nothing because the media IS NOT going to report ANYTHING potentially damaging to Obama until they simply cannot ignore it any longer.
Any bets on how many articles on the issue on January 20th... when Obama takes office... LOL..
