If the Court accepts Cort’s application for stay, then the Court would (I guess, but not sure) put a stay on the meeting of the Electoral College until this is resolved. Just don’t know. That is why I rely on what Leo and Cort say and not what the Media says.
These troll keyboard commando cowards that tell us to “give it up” and “lets move on” always say - “ well I have been on here longer than you.” The cowardly scum taking pot shots at Leo sicken me.

Yawn. None of these cases are going anywhere regardless of the merits or lack thereof. Just my opinion.
I’m not saying the issue should be given up on totally. I think it’s OK though to admit that it’s a lost cause in the courts and instead focus on alternative options.
The courts see this as a political issue that they have no real place in. Well, the conservative judges do, anyway. The liberals would flipflop if McCain had won and this were a suit about McCain instead of Obama.
We need more Trolls to post and then be Zotted.
