(From the top banner of the bus):
“Islam, the way of life for Noah ... Jesus and Muhammad.”

Whoa. I don’t think so.

The War is coming.
If the socialist think that war exists now because of Iraq and Afghanistan they are in for a rude awakening.
I realize that the election of Obama indicates a huge spinless population in America but I truly beleive there are enough Americans left that the Islamofacist will find out what war really is as they try to destroy America from within..

“[T]he Christ that Christians believe will come before the Rapture is actually the anti-Christ who the Zionist-Jews will think to be their promised-Messiah… Most Christians don’t know this. They live in their capsule of ignorance that is hardened by the western main-stream media… [T]heir greed and covetousness for consumption is likened only with Satan in the Bible.”
Ignorance of the Bible is no excuse and most who profess Christian belief are and choose to be ignorant of the Bible and the doctrine of the body of Christ, hense the statement above. We who believe the bible as the word of God and read it know that God will send strong delusion in the latter days to all unbelievers in Christ Jesus our Lord and Saviour and set aside His doctrine and His teaching and will be part of the world system and therefore the enemies of God and Christ Jesus.
The Bible teaches that the body of Christ will go up in an instant and all the secular humanist communists and the religious people of the earth will be left behind, then the Wicked One, the anti Christ, the man of sin will appear and deceive the whole earth who will believe him and this indwelt satan man will lead the world into the war against Israel and God almighty for seven years, the end culminatiing in the final war in Israel where the Lord Jesus and His holy angels and His saints will destroy all the armies of the nations and leave 1 of 6 to go back to their respective nations to tell them that the God of Israel is God and Jesus Christ His only begotten Son.
However, all the religious peoples of the earth and all the secular humanist peoples of the earth will be destroyed together during the seven year tribualtion they have brought on their own children and themselves for the sin they and their forefathers have done aganinst the Christ and His saints and God the Father.
This explains why the secualar humanists like Islam, they need a friend who will destroy the saints of the Lord Jesus Christ for them and will bring the blood of all the innocent people the world system has murdered in its lust for power, money and pride of life. And so it is.

Understand and be warned, One God, one faith, one baptism; The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. And so it is.

Islam has NOTHING in common with the life and words of Jesus. It is a dark and dangerous faith, that preys on the weak, operates in fear, and shows no love or mercy to either its adherents or its infidels.

Jesus and Islam could not possibly be ANY further apart than the light from the darkness.

As a side note, I am sure these ads will be all over the Twin Cities soon. Gag.

Let me make it very clear. I have no use for Islam. Its doctrines are totally wrong. Its followers are prone to violence against the innocent.

That said, I have two points to pick with the article

Both statements are incredibly offensive to Jews and Christians, as they imply that Abraham, Moses and Jesus – revered figures in Judaism and Christianity – were practicing Muslims and are solely part of Islam. Indeed, Islam came on the scene 2700 years after Judaism and 600 years after Christianity. And while there is no problem with Muslims praising their religion, there is certainly a problem with those denigrating the beliefs of others.

Not that Islam doesn't denigrate the faiths of others, it does. But claiming Abraham, Moses, and Jesus doesn't do it and isn't offensive to me, a practicing Christian. That's their belief; it is mistaken, but so what?

Furthermore, using absolutes, such as “the way of life” and “the Message,” displays an air of superiority over that of other faiths, a concept that all Muslim fanatics brainwash their children to believe.

Again, so what if they make exclusive claims? So does Christianity. And while that doesn't make Christians superior to other peoples, as it seems many Muslims believe that Islam does, if Islam were the one way to heaven, or if they believe it, why shouldn't they say so?

IMO, people get too easily offended over the claims of religion. If you have faith in your own, the claims of others won't bother you, as you know they are in error. If not, why is that anyone else's problem.

You know, if these are city buses, funded by tax dollars, I say that we need to look into using the leftist’s methods against them...

NO display of offensive religious screeds on any public property!

Simple! Tear the signs down!

I have no problem with a real peace loving religion.
I do have a problem with recruiting to a religion that believes that I need to be a slave, a muslim or dead.

Unlike the other main religions of the world, they profess to be optional. I can be a Christian or not. I can be a Jew or not, I can be a Hindu or not, I can be Shinto or not, I can be Buddhist or not. I believe and go to heaven in their world or I don't. It's all fine because I believe that my Catholic faith gets me to heaven.

Islam is not an end game. It's in the here and now. If one is not Islamic, one cannot exist in the same way here on Earth as an Islamic.

That is the difference. Catholics or Buddhists are not attempting to put your daughters in Burkas and paint their windows black. They are not arranging marriages for your children. They want to take your freedom away in the here and now.

A study was done on how many “Moderate” Muslims believe that we should be under Sharia law. Look it up. It might surprise you.

Remember when buses had signs that said “Attend the Church of your Choice this Sunday (or Sabbath)?” It might have offended Jews, but they took it in stride, it was after all, just a statement of encouragement, not trying to force-feed religion on anyone. Even cabs had the sign across the top of their cars. It was uplifting.

And I can’t recall exactly, but I may have seen some “do unto others as you would have them do to you” signs back then, too. Maybe on billboards, similar to the “God” ones we have today, like “Don’t make me come down there. ~~God” or “What part of the 10 Commandments do you not understand? ~~God” or “Read the Bible. There will be a test. ~~God”

These are just statements that anyone, even an atheist or agnostic could read and not be offended by . . . or maybe mildly offended, but not enough to cause a riot or tear down a billboard.

What the Muslims are attempting to do is to slowly inoculate the public with Islam so that the public doesn’t realize how much their message has infiltrated their brains when the Muslims make their ‘big’ move.

As a bus passenger, I’m offended, but I must ride the bus. Well, eventually I read all the signs and think, it’s not THAT bad a “religion” after all, I remember Noah and Jesus, even if I don’t recognize this Muhammad guy from my Sunday School lessons as a child. I look at the signs daily for a year and then they change to something more radical. I may be offended or not, I read the message. Six months later, another even more radical message. In the meantime, Islam has started taking over some State legislatures and introducing Sharia laws. On the “outside” and on the “inside” Islam is creeping closer and closer to full-blown Islamic Theocracy. And as that bus rider, I’m not offended any longer. One day, I get off the bus and walk into a “reeducation center” in order to be indoctrinated into Islam. And if I find my conscience and object? I’m taken to a back room, shot in the back of the head (silencer on gun) and my body is dumped into a dump truck to be carted off like so much trash.

Islam is the cancer to any nation. And like a cancer, it must be completely removed, root and all.

Amazing how societies built upon the framework of a 'democracy' fatefully allow the very seeds of their own destruction to flower right before their eyes.

Every five seconds you see or read another report of the violence Islam threatens against all peaceful religions or infidels. They are either flying planes into skyscrapers, or blowing themselves up to kill innocents, or plotting attacks against Christians and Jews. Which all lead to us asking the simple question, "Why do we tolerate their existence?" They will, after all, destroy the world as they take over otherwise peaceful civilizations.

We all need to ask this one very simple question: If you woke up tomorrow and there were no more Muslims on the face of the earth, would you feel safer? Would you feel your family was safer? Would you feel your country was safer? Would you feel the world was a safer place. Would you feel as if your future was safer?

If a cancer was raging in your body, wouldn't you take ANY measure to rid yourself of it? Any measure? Of course you would. Islam is a cancer on the body of the earth.

If you knew that an enemy of yours was actively hunting you to kill you, would you simply sit by and allow him to exterminate you? Of course not. You would take him out ANY way you could or had to.

We have been attacked constantly by Muslims for decades, yet we don't take the full measure necessary to rid ourselves of this cancer once and for all. It's all coming down to us or them. I know who I'd prefer survive this holocaust!

I have a problem with Islam for the same reasons that you do. However, I do not mind them telling me that Islam is the only way to heaven, or that non-Muslims will go to Hell. It’s when they try to send me there that I object.

I concur. The theology of islam can be easily defeated with logic and faith. (The political movement that is islam requires bullets and bombs to defeat it, alas, like so many other foul totalitarian scheme.)

That said, these buses, while I worry about their influence on the stupid and easily led, are no threat to me.

Of course, the problem is that so many people are stupid and/or easily-led. Or even fools.

I'd agree in general, and they certainly have the right to advertise, however I do think it's important to refute the claims, particularly since they're used to lure the unsuspecting. Both because they're being used by groups with questionable associations, and more importantly because the statements are factually incorrect. The tradition of Moses is Judaism, the tradition Jesus Christianity, I don't want our school texts teaching that it was Islam because what is clearly their oppinion gains general acceptance.

No threat to me either. Until people who are attracted by the signs visit a mosque and are radicalized. THEN there is plenty of danger to everyone who isn’t a Muslim. And that will happen, for sure.

Many if not most mosques in the US (and elsewhere) are funded by radical Wahhabis with a lot of Saudi money, and what they supposedly teach, when they tell us, is vastly different from what they teach behind closed doors.

Eh, Cindy?
