I agree a citizen should have standing, but have learned a lot about how these cases vary and noticed the ones with standing are claims against Secs.of State, not Obama himself like Berg did in his case. Also going on the citizen status at birth as Leo has done might have more merit in the Justices’ opinions. Leo does not ask for the birth certificate to be released. He is basing his case on Obama’s statements as to where he was born.
