Unfortunately, the head of the Office the President elect did not see fit to request his Birth Certificate be sent to any court before December 5th. The Supreme Court did review the case in conference, and did not, as of Friday, issue an order of cert, but they will not publish the denials until Monday, so it's possible, but not likely, they did not deny cert.

But that's OK with me, I don't think that was a very good case anyway. It did not really involved the BC, but rather the "dual citizen at birth cannot be Natural Born" theory.
