The real answer is that he has no answer. Most people can’t pronounce infrastucture that has four syllables. A big word thrown around sounds like action.

I have been using the plumber example when liberals at work throw this at me. I just point out that when if hired a plumber to unplug the toilet, you wouldn't accept him saying "I didn't plug it". It doesn't matter who's fault it its. Obama said he could fix the problem. He already knew or should have known, that the problem existed. Therefore who caused the problem is not an issue, only if he can do the job he was hired to do.
