They wanted the philanthropists to get their money back first with STATE (Our tax dollars) dollars before all the law suits started? WTF???? This all when our state is totally broke. When the head of the National Institute of Health get something like $170.000 working in a National position and this position in California currently is $490,000 and the salary range for vice chair is $180,000 to $332,000. This is beyond out of control!!!!!!! The whole state leadership is conducting a shell game with our tax dollars and doing all sorts of nastiness, no longer serving the people.
