I thought runoffs were for the top 2 contenders from the general election ? These results (following the link) showed 4 candidates for each office ... color me confused.
These were not runoffs. There are no more federal General election runoffs in you don’t get 50% in Louisiana.
These were regular general elections that were delayed because a Hurricane delayed the primaries so the primary runoffs (still have those) were in November.
