Though O.J. Simpson was sentenced for robbery and related crimes yesterday, thirteen years ago he walked on a double-murder charge. That might be an isolated case, but Gail Collins apparently believes there are tens of millions of murderers roaming free in America. We call them by a different name: hunters.

Collins made her inane hunting = murder analogy in her column today in the course of taking one more gratuitous swipe at Sarah Palin. The gist of "The Senate, Snowe and Dinkytown" is that in a Senate where Democrats will fall one or two seats short of the magic 60, the few moderate Senate Republicans will play a crucial role. Collins focuses in particular on Olympia Snowe of Maine. And while wondering why McCain didn't choose her as his running mate, the columnist gets off her smear on Palin, and hunters in general [emphasis added]:

But then again...it's also very important to note what she didn't kill...her own child.

Sarah showed exactly what she is capable of on the national scene in Georgia. She can and will do the same in 2010 for other GOP candidates. The DNC, Obama, the MSM, and RINOs fear her...and well they should!

Vegetarians are never happy because as hard as they try to make soy or tofu look and taste like meat, it still sucks.

It's not the taste that causes them problems. It's the lack of hormones they lose and are not replaced by the hormones in meat. It's why so many vegetarians are pacifists. They have no hormones left for aggression. They could (and are by their views) be easily led to slaughter because they don't know how to be aggressive anymore.

The insanity of the left always boggles my mind. She is evil for killing the food that feeds her family (which most lefties that aren’t vegetarians-and vegetables are killed when eaten too- don’t know or care where their food comes from) and yet she SHOULD have killed her child...
