I was merely mocking the attitude of many posters. Relax.

OK, I am sorry for misunderstanding you.

PS: The sarcasm tag at the end of the post is always helpful.

EXACTLY thank you. No one expects a candidate or Governor to make decisions that every single person is happy with, there will always be opposition, some who believe that it was the right decision while others think it was wrong. She obviously cares a lot about children and their well-being, I think that is a wonderful thing. What she does with extra state money is her decision, she has tried getting this passed twice, this isn’t surprising, what is TRUE Conservatism anyway, I don’t see Sarah Palin asking for a bailout, because her state has a huge budget and they are not running out of money, while on the other hand, my state, is bankrupt thanks a lot Arnold. I’d love to live in a state where it’s thriving and there is enough money to help the poor and the innocent kids

Wait, are you saying there are actually people who are Romney and Huckabee supporters LOL now I have seen everything. And to the fool who says that Sarah is a socialist, uh, she has said from the beginning that she is about fiscal responsibility and limited government, she still feels that way

Agree on this one. In fact it is not a smart strategy to always refer to the past and wish that you live in the past no matter how great the President was as in the case of President Reagan.

Yeah, like Reagan never signed a budget that contained any increases in spending on programs for children LOL

I do find it quite amusing when people throw Palin under the bus and compare her to Reagan. How quickly people forget that Reagan did not govern California as a strict conservative. But I guess the facts don’t matter LOL

Jindal is a Muslim anchor baby

I thought that his parents were Hindu but Jindal himself converted to Catholicism.

40 billion for babysitting? I guess I missed that one. Please refresh my memory, perhaps with a source too.

Facts never matter. They don’t matter to the Democrats and apparently don’t matter to some Republicans

This is not a new program, it has been around for a decade. It’s actually a federal program, subsidized heavily by the feds, that the states have some level of influence in.

You keep repeating that as if it’s supposed to make her immune to criticism when someone unaware of that discovers it and becomes alarmed. That’s silly!!!

That is true. Jindal was born a Hindu and converted to Catholicism. But moonbats won’t let facts stay in the way of smearing mainstream candidates.

She can be criticized, I have no issue with that, I’m just saying that what she is doing is nothing new and if people saw such an issue with it, it would have come out a long time ago. Not every decision is gonna make people happy, that’s why there is opposition

I have a problem with people who try to compare Sarah’s record as governor to Reagan, who did NOT govern as a conservative while governor of California. If we held Reagan to the same standard in 1979-80, we would not have nominated him !! lol

I think the President’s deviation from conservative principles while implying and allowing the implacation that he was ANY kind of conservative were equally as savaging of the advantage he took of conservatives, knowing we had NO choice when faced with his outrageous opposition!!!

Its amazing that in death, Reagan became all things to all people. Reagan was a conservative at heart, but a pragmatist.

Yep Yep..I totally agree!! I guess some have forgotten about history. Some like to create their own history, makes them feel better. People should really visit the Reagan Library to get a perspective on what he did as Governor before he ran for President. I’m not saying that every decision Sarah makes I am gonna agree with, heck you think I agree with everything President Bush did, of course not, but I respect him for keeping this country safe for 7 years. Ssrah is doing what is best for her state, she obviously cares a lot about children, not everyone has the resources to have someone watch their children while they work, that is why Head Start is so important in many communities. If she were asking for a bailout I would be like WTF but she isn’t, she put this money away for a rainy day where she thought it would be necessary, and she believes this program is necessary for her state. I don’t see any issue with that

Check out the tax hikes he approved as governor of California - quite alarming from a conservative standpoint. But let’s throw Sarah under the bus for approving an increase in children’s programs lol

Did you see how many FReepers viciously attacked Mike Huckabee -- when the alternatives were McCain and Romney?
