Remember that the reason given for asking that the Berg case be dismissed was that the requested documents contained information that would be embarrassing to both Obama and to the DNC.

I do remember that. I remember thinking no one seemed to worry about embarrassment to Bush regarding the release of his college transcripts or his military records. I know I am comparing apples to oranges but the double standard of investigation into GOP candidates versus Democrats is simply over the top.

I think it was Mark Levin from yesterday’s show who did a comparison of Democrats to Republicans in what they are allowed to get away with and what Republicans are taken to task for.
