Philip Berg is bringing the BC to the Supreme court
Leo Donofrio and Cort Wrotnowski are bringing the natural born citizen into question.

Leo's case is the one that is being heard today. Philip Berg's was on Monday and no decision has been made yet!

“Leo Donofrio and Cort Wrotnowski are bringing the natural born citizen into question.”

Thanks for the answer. Wasn’t it Wrotnowski that had he mailed brief sent for anthrax screening? I remember reading that here on FR. I also remember someone describing his work as a “kick-ass brief” which I assume means it was very well written.

Was Mr. Wrotnowski’s brief that good? If so, wouldn’t he also include BC stuff? I have been attempting to follow this in different threads. I don’t understand all the legal ramifications. Seems like each poster, even those stating they are attorneys, often contradict.

Would you please elaborate more, in laymen’s terms?

I believe you might be mistaken. Berg’s case was denied, I’m pretty sure. However, Justice Souter did issue some sort of request for Obama and the DNC to produce the documents named by Monday (birth certificate and several other things). It is not clear whether Obama and the DNC ignored or complied with this request.
