“Leo Donofrio and Cort Wrotnowski are bringing the natural born citizen into question.”

Thanks for the answer. Wasn’t it Wrotnowski that had he mailed brief sent for anthrax screening? I remember reading that here on FR. I also remember someone describing his work as a “kick-ass brief” which I assume means it was very well written.

Was Mr. Wrotnowski’s brief that good? If so, wouldn’t he also include BC stuff? I have been attempting to follow this in different threads. I don’t understand all the legal ramifications. Seems like each poster, even those stating they are attorneys, often contradict.

Would you please elaborate more, in laymen’s terms?

Hope that link works - This is Cort’s case and yes, I’ve heard this is the best one yet. I am not counting Leo out though.

Donofrio, understandably, was upset when he’d heard that Cort Wrotnowski’ brief was sent for anthrax testing. He said Cort’s suit was better written than his and a “kick ass brief”, and it supported the brief he had written. Then Cort ended up driving all the way down from Connecticut to submit the brief in person this time.
