P.S. You really should read about the Chester Arthur case because there are some interesting parallels there. The “scandal” was regarding Arthur's place of birth. With all the focus on this, the real scandal regarding being natural born was missed!

I' like to be shown to be wrong but I have no faith in the courts at any level My bet is that they will treat this will all the legal seriousness one shows when finding a dead hooker in bed in the morning. Lots of panicking, lots of calls to the right people who can make it go away, lots of trying to hide the evidence and lots of nonsensical denials when called to answer for it.

Luckily I am optimistic about them actually ruling on this case. Leo has 3 candidates that are possibly constitutionally unqualified - at least 1 is absolutely proven not to be qualified which could make them angry that someone is not accountable for vetting these people.

Then they will have to determine what natural born actually means. If they do decide that it would be a child born on US Soil to 2 US parents then BO will be disqualified. McCain will have to be determined as well. I'm not sure what rules they will enforce in this issue. They are all issues though. They can't ignore it!

It would work best if the MSM was still silent, we do not need them in any respect, they do nothing positive so I am quite glad they are ignoring our mission.

You may be correct. My thinking is that the SC knows that this is an issue that won't go away and that will only get worse if it is not addressed prior to Jan 20th. If they think like a chess player they will take on the case now.

..at that, Donofrio's argument is founded on the principle that he was born in Hawaii and there is no issue with the birth certificate. This isn't the case our side is looking for.. imho, this is the weakest of them all.
