"There are many different versions of the Bible; I don't see why we can't have one," stated Max Mitchell in a statement on a website for his new project.

There are many different translations of the Bible, but my guess is that the Author is rather protective of the content. Either:
(1) You believe in God and you want to follow His will and His word, in which case changing the meaning of His word is counterproductive, or
(2) You believe in God but don't want to follow His will and His word, in which case you need to spend some time figuring out whether it makes sense to say that the Creator of the world has no right to give guidance on how to live your life, or
(3) You don't believe in God, in which case writing your own "Bible" is thoroughly silly.

This "Gay Bible" isn't just sacrilege and disrespectful, it's a thoroughly foolish idea. I'm not surprised that a liberal decided to go with it.

We’re promised that He will do something about it:

Proverbs 30:6
Do not add to his words,
or he will rebuke you and prove you a liar.
