Just went to their website, put "Christmas" in their search engine, and yes, there were a bunch of "holiday" items, but there were also "Christmas" items.

That Nativity scene you posted doesn’t appear to actually be sold anywhere on the site.
I did a search myself and found ONE mention of Christmas - a crystal ornament manufactured by Swarovski. Perhaps that was Swarovski’s policy, much to the chagrin of the extremely liberal Costco.
