I think you’re being overly sensitive. They sell “Christmas” trees, “Christmas” ornaments, nativity sets, wrapping paper that says “Merry Christmas”. They do try to avoid the word Christmas in their advertising but their customer base is diverse. They aren’t hurting for customers. Your personal boycott is not going to have much effect.

Fredo, shop at Costco, and disappoint us.

They will be holding board meetings next year (as many other companies will) in which they will be fighting for their very existence... and they will wish they had not permanently angered believers like me. They will miss me... and Sams and Walmart will benefit directly. We are headed for some truly bad times and this will tip the scales. Get back to me next Christmas with their how well their customer base is holding up. It is stupid to anger any traditional America group in the face of a possible depression. Owning three businesses... I can assure you that millions of us "business people" are nervous.

This is the Christmas season. If someone doesn't want to buy Christmas stuff, they don't have to.
Not mentioning Christmas to avoid *offending* anyone is ridiculous and only shows their spineless capitulation to political correctness.

And why is that an excuse for disrespecting the American culture?
