if this is not resolved definitively eitherway...the issue will not go quitely into the night, and may very well come back up later with even uglier results..

Yes, that's where we are NOW; with Obama likely to be our next president..
at this point, the only lose/lose is for the issue to be ignored.
frankly, I prefer to take a Constitution Defending Caused Riot sooner, rather than a Constitutional Crisis Caused Civil War later.
However, for now, some conservatives can continue to cry about it in the case of Obama all they want. The press will continue to ignore it and NOTHING will be done about it. NO ONE in authority will be willing to bar Obama from the presidency because of the chaos and rioting that will follow. Most unfortuantely, Obama will be the next president, whether he is legally a citizen or not. Count on it.
