So basically a COLB is showing that the child WAS NOT BORN IN THE ACTUAL STATE but born somewhere else. which to me states he got the COLB because his mother had lived in Hawaii for a year before the birth.
Could this all be why Obama has a twitch in his eye it is due to stress so as the world continues to fall apart at the seams and him having to prove he is a US citizen he must be stressed
I think his twitch will get worse. ;-)
