171 uncounted ballots turn up; gain for Franken
Star Tribune ^

The final day of recounting in Ramsey County in the U.S. Senate race kicked up controversy today when 171 uncounted ballots from Maplewood turned up. The ballots apparently had been uncounted because of a ballot-counting-machine malfunction on Election Day.

Democrat Al Franken made a net gain of 37 votes from the ballots, as he got 91 of the total, to 54 for Republican Sen. Norm Coleman and 26 for other candidates, including Dean Barkley of the Independence Party.

Once those were counted, election officials found that there appeared to be 31 more ballots cast than the number of voters who signed in or voted by absentee ballot at Maplewood's Sixth Precinct, at the Hazelwood Fire Station.

When is the military/militia/people going to step in and say “F-ck you, corrupt Government! We’re not putting up with any more!”? WHEN?

I don’t think you’re asking the right question. It’s not “when?” but “how?” It’s a very large country, with lots of obstacles. Any kind of genuine organized rebellion would be difficult if not impossible to pull off.

Who said we start with the federal government?
This is local and provable enough to rally against the SINGLE state... Then we can start looking at the other ACORN infested states, and by looking I mean FORCING them into action, “or else”.

The question shouldn’t be how, but “Who” gets hung as a traitor; this sort of injustice is intolerable, and can we really expect the government to be just? Make the state governments/politicians have to decide between their necks or the necks of the fraudsters (I’m not excluding these so-called vote counters). {We should know what these cowards will choose.}

Net gain of 37 for Franken. It’s over. Coleman wins.

It's over? Just what are you smokin',friend? It ain't over until the fat Senate Majority Leader has sung. And he's been warming up in the hallway recently.

It’s so hard to organize. Once people are able to organize, they’ve shown they can overcome anything. But this is one place that I really do blame the GOP, they never start grassroots movements for anything. Dems start them for gays, race, abortion, guns, etc. but the GOP just stands on the sidelines.

How can anyone vote for Franken? Not only is he a jerk and a loser he’s physically ugly as sin. Really, Frankenstein’s monster is better looking than Franken!

Elections really are a joke & in a couple of months it will appear that the Supreme Court is the same joke.

The graveyards and empty lots are emptying as the Franken Zombie voters stagger to the polls.

“But I see the tinfoil hat crowd is out in force predictive evil Illuminati influence should Franken come out ahead.”

Forget the absentee ballots / registration cards. There is another issue here not addressed by the article at all:

X number of ballots were distributed to voters at the polling place. The final number of ballots cast (as tallied up machine by machine), SHOULD have matched exactly the number of ballots distributed. Simple. 5,000 ballots handed out, 5,000 ballots registered by the voting machines (or 5,000 minus spoiled ballots, which were collected and counted separately).

But it clearly could not have been so, since there were 171 ballots left uncounted in a “broken” voting machine. The final tally from the voting machines MUST have been 171 short the night of the election.

How could that precinct certify their results when they were missing 171 votes?

Yep. I'm a paranoid, tin foil hatter. There's Commies in my panties. And you bet I think something's screwy with this recount.

Yes, I believe that there is no way that the military or militia will reinstate the constitution. It is dead. Even the most people on this board don't want a government based on a strict interpretation of the constitution.

Hey, I just found, in my trunk, 50,000 ballots from the Maplewood Sixth Precinct and every single one of them was for Coleman. I know that means there were 50,031 more ballots cast than folks who were registered, but hey, that’s life.

I haven’t noticed if I have any tinfoil in my hat, but I think its embarrassing that a month after the election they are still “finding” votes.

Either someone was busy hiding them the night of the election, so you wonder how that managed to slip past the polling officials.

Or someone has been cooking the books.

Either way, it doesn’t look good to me.

Funny, how all the ballots left in machine were 'Franken' ballots. This is truly pathetic! Sure they were forgotten to be removed. . .yep!

Bigger questions: 'When did he decide to put them there; 'who actualy did the deed and 'when'? Over the weekend or right after the machine was emptied the first time?

There is a price to pay for Election fraud; and I hope Franken-man-creep pays dearly.
