0% Precincts reporting for Senate race, but Public Service Commission is showing Republican Lauren McDonald beating the Democrat 65/35.
I think this is a GOOD sign.

Called some family in GA. They expect a Chambliss win.

Yeah, it’s at the top that says Fox 5 Atlanta. It goes straight to the results page.

Thanks for the link, jessduntno.
I notice with interest the numbers. In precincts where Martin leads, his lead is small. In precincts where Saxby leads, his lead is hugh. Don’t know if this means anything. Just something I noticed.

Only 1% precincts reporting.
Who knows.

Thank you!
I didn’t know how to search without a specific title.

I voted around noon and was told there was very heavy turnout, much more than expected. Lady said there was good turnout for early voting too.

Where were you? I voted this morning in downtown Atlanta and there was almost no one there. The parking lot was nearly empty with only about 3 or 4 cars. At first I thought I was at the wrong location.

Usually all the conservative districts count votes early, with no funny business so the urban areas can create votes when needed.

If Chambliss turns out to be winning by a big number, perhaps he could send some of those ‘surplus’ votes up to Norm Coleman in the land of frozen Libs, LOL. Coleman could use a little help.

Ok, thank you. Those sidebar things confuse me. I got in big time trouble for posting things in breaking news, not realizing it bumped it over there. I thought that meant it went into the news forum. Bah!

I am optimistic about Saxby. He had the plurality with Buckley in the race and Obama's large coattail. Though the CNN
Election Map currently (at 7:50 pm) shows that neither DeKalb nor Fulton have returned any results but Gwinett's number (65-35) looks very encouraging. Chambliss only won 53 to 45 there on Nov. 4.
