Reminder - GEORGIA Senate Runoff Election Today (vanity)
12/02/2008 | N/A

Posted on 12/02/2008 4:01:12 AM PST by Sender

The polls are open. Let's do it! Don't let Democrats reach critical mass! Please make time before or after work. Turnout is the key. Elections are the times when our activism can really get things done...or not.

I am leaving now and go stand in line in the cold morning air
in order to cast my vote against Jim Martin before I go in to
work this morning; but I will have to hold my nose while I do it.

I hope Chambliss makes it, but we never know. If he loses, it could be because of his past sympathy of the “open borders” concept. Supposedly, he has learned “his lesson” on that matter, but the other senators surely have not.

Chambliss, according to the Urinal Constipation,is ahead of the RAT by about 4 points. Here's hoping that every decent individual in the state votes today and that all RATS vote *next* Tuesday.

Yep. I feel forced to vote for the creep whose office flat out lied to me about the amnesty bill.

My vote is cast. No one in line at my polling place. Like a ghost town.

Consider this the first strike back at Obama/Hillary.

I hope you GA Freepers can keep us updated today on what you are hearing. Maybe this can become a Live Thread. This election is important for us all. Get out the vote.

I can't adequately communicate to you how nauseous it makes me to have to vote for this RINO tool, but it's necessary. This must be what it was like for Alaskans to vote for Stevens.

Maybe next time we can get, you know, an actual conservative to run against Johnny/Saxby in the primary.

Husband and I also holding our noses and voting for him. Having J. Martin representing us would be far worse.

About to go and stand up against the 0ne and his RAT cronies. Gotta keep the Senate safe from one-party rule (although our RINOs will probably make my vote all for naught).

Watch the spin tonight when Chambliss kicks the crap out of that little weasel Jim Martin.

It won’t be about a repudiation of 0bama’s liberal policies — it will be more like — well, it’s a Republican state anyway, Chambliss was favored, blah, blah blah.

I'm not a GA voter, I am in Texas.

Just encouraging the GA Freepers to use this opportunity to strike back at the Democrats.

I will be voting later today, as will the rest of my family, to keep that horrible little man out of the senate. My mom pointed out an interesting observation - if you put a moustache on him, he resembles Hitler, which really gives her the skeevies. (I never noticed, but then I wasn’t born yet during his reign, so never really memorized his face). Anyway, I am praying for Saxby and Norm Coleman to hold their seats and keep this past election day from being a complete and total annihilation of our Republic.

This election will be our Doolittle Raid on Tokyo-one small counterattack to stem the tide, hopefully leading to greater things in the future.
