one of the cases has been sent to the lab to be tested for anthrax instead of being filed...just when you think it can’t get any more crazy...something else happens. Alan Keyes attorney likened this waylay to treason.

We know he is as inauthentic as is his 'auto-biography' - the Ayers' Edition, that is; as - by all appearances - is his claimed birthright.
Truly, we have a mystery man in a truly empty empty suit who is about to move into our White House and the Oval Office.
The worst of the joke is on us, of course; but it is an amazing unfolding and should be considered, a most frightening one. Obama 'knows' of course; his lack of authenticity; and yet he was willing to steal the biggest prize our Country holds; steal it from every American for his personal aggrandizement and 'servance' to the powers that direct and hold him.
We can understand better, his inclinations to play the 'messianic' so as to discourage any mere mortal from challenging him. . .and winning.
Obama has developed a slight tick, it seems, around his right eye. . .NO WONDER. . .perhaps as Obama's deception requires more and more effort to hide; his discomfort will become clearly visible and more pronounced.
In one of the comments on that article in AOL, I saw an answer back, in regards to Obama not showing his birth certificate.
They poster said, if this was *really* an issue and just not a bunch of kooks demanding the birth certificate, then why did not (1) the Republican Party demand it, (2) President Bush demand it, (3) McCain or Palin demand it???
Now, when I hear someone say that, then I have to wonder why #1, #2 and #3 is not true? Apparently those “significant three” in our party did not think it was an issue *at all*...
I’ve got to say, that’s a pretty good comeback about the birth certificate. That’s what I would hammer on, if I were trying to push back at those who are demanding the birth certificate.
Something funny is going on at that site. It causes my computer to delay on everything. Never had that happen before. My computer is not slow. I can have several youtube videos playing a the same time with no delay. As soon as I left the site then the problem went away.

I believe the Republican Party and McCain knew about this issue early on and did not want to bring it up because they knew that McCain may be found to not be a “natural born” citizen either. I doubt that Sarah Palin was aware of it early on but surly she knows about it now.

I was listening to Ed Hale, Plains Radio a few minutes ago.
He said someone (from the White House? A lawyer?)
called him and said that he had it from a good source that the electors would be forbidden to cast their votes, Leo would be allowed to argue his case and something about thousands of troops being readied to be dispatched to the major cities. Hale said he had another call a few hours later along the same line. Anybody else hear this?
He said to take it for what it’s worth. It could have been not reliable, but he seemed to believe it was for real.

Obama claimed in one of his books to have his hands on the original Birth Certificate. So where is it? Why draw this out and raise questions about his legitimacy? What if the Supreme Court orders him to produce his Birth Certificate - and he can’t? Could anyone actually STOP him from taking the presidency anyway, short of the Electoral College? The fact that these questions are only being asked now, after this story has been alive here and on the Puma blogs for MONTHS only speaks to the depths of the medias depravity.
The point is not who did or did not ask for his birth certificate, its that he didn’t provide it instantly, when called upon to do so (as, for instance, McCain did).
I think its pretty safe to assume that someone who spends close to $1,000,000 trying to hide something has something to hide!

Yes, I heard and still listening now. Leo will be on later this evening from what I understand. I do believe Leo’s case will be heard, but we won’t know until Friday.
How could anyone possibly think that when every other frickin thread on FR is about it, and half of the other threads get hijacked into a BC discussion.
I thought it was strange that we all of a sudden start hearing about 20000 troops in the US.
If the Supreme Court Justices would just sit back for a moment and think about what it would do to have the President of the United States refuse to show his original long form birth certificate..and all the ensuing ramifications down the line from that ...it should strike them that they should hear this case.
Think how many people are going to sue saying Obama is not legally able to do this or that and ....the blackmail potential, the dubious Marxist connections, etc...
At a time when we face a terrorist crisis in the name of Islam...we should be making damn sure that man is legally able to be President and he makes legal decisions.
The very fact that he refuses to show the birth certificate and puts our country through this shows to me he is not fit to be President even if he is legally eligible.
I don’t believe it one bit.
