Constitutional government I'm not sure what you mean....we have a Parliamentary system of Government in Canada,

So this means liberals DO NOT respect Constitutional government on either side of the boarder?? Nothing unconstitutional or untoward about what happened here. In a Parliamentary system, you can kick out a minority government if you can form a coalition. That's just part of the game.
