Think of the keyword you want... maybe do two at the same time... one for Sarah Palin and a negative one for Hillary.

Copy and paste the yellow highlighted text into an HTML page:

This will produce a link as below:
evil shrew

If enough people do this, when someone types the keyword set "evil shrew" into Google, they will be taken to Hillary's webpage.
