When did Democrats worry about God anyway? This baboon is an oratory wizard just like any tent preacher trying to get your money. I was raised on this type of oratory and saw through it at a very early age. But let me assure you, there are many who buy into this rhetoric and send their money in, as they did in this election. And that is what everyone is left with, on the Dems side is a bunch of unachievable goals.

“Barack Obama: God’s choice?”

Could be.........if you are referring to one of the gods in the film, Apocalypto.

I think he also chose Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin and Pol Pot.

God’s Choice?

No, not with the way he wants to kill babies through abortion.

Well, if you believe in Revelations, God’s choice includes a false prophet coming to power, ending in Christ’s final victory. So under that interpretation, Obama could well be that choice.

Barack Obama: God's choice?

Why not ? God is sovereign and he allows Kings, Presidents and Leaders to rise and fall based on His will.

The same God who was responsible for the rise of Nebuchadnezzar, Xerxes, Cyrus, Alexander the Great, Caesar, Nero and the rest also "chose" Obama to be President for His own reasons (which we may not know today but eventually will in the future ).

If God has a plan for mankind, this must be part of it.

Wow, black people are way deluded. They have no basis for any kind of logical comparisons.

Whether or not Obama is/isn’t a Christian, is immaterial. God ordains ALL leaders. That is 100% biblical. To say that Obama’s election rattled God’s cage, destroys the doctrine of omnipotence, omniscience, and sovereignty. In effect, God ceases to be God. It would also make him a liar, given the full revelation in Scripture on this subject.

God ordained it. And given our national disobedience, we deserve it.

Let’s not just blame the willfully delusional Obama followers for this pathetic kind of blindness: what kind of a man do you have to be to accept so many followers who literally “believe” this way? WHAT does it say about you, if you’re Barack Obama, NOT to be appalled by it, and discourage it amongst your acolytes? This is, after all, to one degree or another, EXACTLY what got him elected.

I also believe that God could punish us for turning our backs on Him.

Is that BHO?

Will God punish us I don’t know? He is a patient god says the scripture. His ways are mysterious and wondrous to behold.

I am fairly certain that we will punish ourselves for turning our back on capitalism.

Socialism will certainly punish us for our transgressions.

Socialism punishes all those who choose to forsake capitalism in favor of socialism.

I disagree with that interpretation! You are in good company, and I know the Scripture that everybody refers to, but I totally disagree!!!

God gave us all freedom to vote for the RIGHT ticket, many chose the WRONG ticket. God can have nothing to do with sin, so I say to the people that have bought in to this, (I say it nicely, so try not to scream please) DO NOT BLAME GOD for Obama!!!

Obama is President elect because a slight majority chose evil over good..

CASE CLOSED!!!

There isn’t anything to misinterpret. Disagreeing with Scripture isn’t profitable. The Scripture is clear; it is what it is. At that point, folks choose to depart from what God has already revealed, and construct a man-made doctrine that they are in control.

Rom 13:1 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

Joh 19:10 Then saith Pilate unto him, Speakest thou not unto me? knowest thou not that I have power to crucify thee, and have power to release thee?
Joh 19:11 Jesus answered, Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin.

There is no wiggle room. You either choose to believe God, or man’s wisdom. It’s mathematical.

But don’t feel bad. There are so-called scholars that can’t get their head around Daniel correctly predicting the time of the Gentiles (the 4 kingdoms, starting with Babylon, then Media-Persia, Greece, and then Rome). Incredibly, Daniel accurately predicts the split of the Roman empire (Eastern and Western) which happened in 347 AD. This is evidence that God is in control of kings and kingdoms. They insist that the book HAD to be written sometime after the beginning of the Roman empire, when in fact, Jewish tradition maintains a much earlier recording because he was a contemporary of Jeremiah, Ezekiel, and Zerubbabel (605BC-530BC).

And the Roman Empire will come again as a 10-kingdom federation in the last days, with Christ striking the final blow to gentile power and restore the Kingdom of Israel (Rev 17:12-14).

Pretty exciting times we live in.

Grace to you.

I am not arguing with you that God is in control, for sure he is.

I disagree with you that God wanted Obama to win so he could appoint pro abortion judges....Yes I know you did not say that!!! but in my opinion you are approaching that argument.

You gave your opinion and I gave mine, lets just leave it there please.

FYI I believe the Word of God to be absolute! I have never been a cafeteria style Christian.

I am just saying, don't blame God because more Americans chose evil over good.

I can tell you as a matter of fact, that The Lord God/Christ wanted Americans by their own free will to vote for Sarah Palin and John McCain. He is very saddened but not surprised, that more Americans chose evil over good.

Yes He is in control!!!
