It would if O was disqualified after the Electoral College votes, because it basically would be the same as if the President-Elect had died before taking office. Another reason it's so important that the Supreme Court act on these cases NOW. We've got 2 weeks left. They may just let it go on past the electoral vote. That way, even if O is disqualified, it would ensure that the party chosen by a majority of the voters (dead, imaginary, ineligible, and otherwise) still took the Office. Now THAT'S scary!
