Pakistanis can probably enter India more easily if they carry British passports. So it makes sense.

Well, they didn’t exactly come in through customs with a tour group, so I’m not sure that’s really a factor here. One would assume there are more Brit/Euro passport carrying bad guys that were infiltrated ahead for support/planning/recon/etc.
