Sought: Wal-Mart shoppers who trampled NY worker

NEW YORK – Police were reviewing video from surveillance cameras in an attempt to identify who trampled to death a Wal-Mart worker after a crowd of post-Thanksgiving shoppers burst through the doors at a suburban store and knocked him down.

Criminal charges were possible, but identifying individual shoppers in Friday's video may prove difficult, said Detective Lt. Michael Fleming, a Nassau County police spokesman.

If there is no DNA difference, then how do you explain the fact that only the top 25 times in the 100 yard dash are held by men of African descent? To suggest that only physical attributes are DNA dependent, yet behavioral and intellectual attributes are not, is totally unscientific and contrary to both historical and empirical evidence.

Yes, they were all victims of the unjust Capitalist system, and the racist Bush administration's deliberate recession which targeted these communities. This is what drove these fine, upstanding Americans to do what they did.

A segment of the crowd were undoubtedly professional thieves. They sought to make use of the commotion of the crowd surge to steal specific high ticket, high demand items ~ that would not include large TV sets ~ maybe jewelry, fancy combs, certain items of clothing ~ materials very suitible for smash and grab.

I would imagine there are enough surveillance videos (and other pictures) of this crowd that the cops can sit down and go through them and match them up with known criminals.
