You are right. 1) they will never be able to duplicate the workmanship... those artisans don’t exist any longer and 2) the hotels will all look like fortresses when this is all over.

Certain kinds of drugs can enable a person to go without sleep for a long time. These were also young men, possibly teenagers, so their stamina level would be high.

Not the same. I am speaking of AFTER the attacks. On day 3, during their "seige" of the Jewish center, Indian police could be seen shooting into the windows of the compound indiscriminately, and with no attempt at accuracy, while a helicopter hovered for 4 minutes overhead before officers rappelled to the roof below. Was this their idea of the element of surprise?

Also It took them 4 days to secure the Taj, during which time, untold additional victims were killed. This is a nation with a history of terror attacks. A nuclear power. Just shocking what keystone cops tactics were utilized.
