North American Union supporter top Obama economic adviser

President-elect Barack Obama recently appointed to his economic transition team a known socialist activist who has previously urged the creation of a North American Parliamentary Union, a governing body to consist of Mexico, Canada and the U.S.

Former Rep. David Bonior, reportedly being considered for the Labor secretary position in the incoming Obama administration, has a longstanding close relationship with the Democratic Socialists of America, an organization dedicated to transforming America into a socialist society.

There is evidence indicating Bonior is a member in good standing of the DSA.

Earlier this month, the Detroit chapter of the DSA honored Bonior and his wife Judy at its annual dinner. Bonior has been honored at several DSA functions the past six years, including in 2003, where he was the keynote speaker at the U.S. socialist organization's national convention in Detroit.

The three Saddam Stooges: Washington state's Jim McDermott and fellow Democrats Mike Thompson of California and David Bonior of Michigan.

Saddam often rewarded Western useful idiots with certificates of ownership for thousands of barrels of oil which the owners could promptly sell to the highest bidder back at their hotel.

I wonder how much these clowns got.

Every time one of these socialist dimwits gets into a position to influence political discourse or advance their wrongheaded agenda, we get one step closer to the second armed revolution in the US.
It has been observed that a democratic nation can only exist until its constituents discover they can vote themselves largesse from the government treasury. It appears that we are headed toward the realization of that very notion, now that we have a few generations of “entitlement thinking” under our belts.

And, now, with a President-elect that would appear to be Constitutionally ineligible to hold the office, an economic ‘recovery’ plan that looks to be a copy of the failed plan of FDR and the New Deal, a continuing advance of political correctness, and the ongoing development of moral relativity as a policy making tool, I do fear for the future of this grand experiment.

Time to go cling to my guns and my Bibles...

Two years ago, I chose a topic in my Globalization class on the Trilateral Commission. My professor and I fought over this and for one reason...

He was fine with the topic and the sources UNTIL he saw I had used sources from BOTH sides of the political spectrum. When he saw David Horowitz’s name, he literally went off the deep end with me.

After taking a step back, I simply pointed out that Mr. Horowitz wrote the same thing as the Liberal writers had written but saw the situation a little differently. Even though the sources came from opposite ends of the political spectrum, they all came to the same conclusion.

Globalization aka “New World Order”. Mr Professor never said another word but to experience thee venom of these left wing professors is an experience all should encounter once in order to understand the hatred for the Conservatives.

I had a professor that was an “advisor” to Clinton. The woman was the biggest out and out racists I've ever seen. She absolutely hated white people and would automatically knock a letter off their grades. I read a term paper by one of her favorite “oppressed” minorities that was on an elementary school level that received an A.

Understand, this took place in the middle of class with others watching. He totally lost his cool when he saw the source. What was the saving grace, was the fact, I was in class for all to see his bias.

Admittedly, this professor came out of left field. With all honestly before signing up to take classes, I would shop around by asking questions of other students to find out about any professors. Everything did work out for the best, and I did receive an A in the class. My grades, attendance and overall GPA showed I was a serious student working on my MA.

Most of all, sorry to hear you've experienced the vile biased attitude of a professor.

My mentor told me before I accepted the Fellowship Position that I would have to learn to take it on the chin like a Prima Donna or limp along. This was a warning that as a Christian Conservative tough times would take place, and they did. But, I serve a great God who never fails to take care of His children.

Be Blessed

It has always been this way.

In 1962, I had an honors history seminar at the Uof IL-Champaign. My professor was an Irish Socialist. I had not yet been through my leftist experience and my instincts were capitalistic. My paper was an analysis of what might come to pass if the European Common Market succeeded and it was gloomy, if not an exact prognostication. My professor told me that I frightened him because “In 20 years, your views will be the mainstream.” He was correct, given Reagan. Of course, now we are another 26 years down the pike and the pendulum has again swung.

The following year, in an advanced rhetoric course, I chose to do my paper on Ayn Rand. My left wing professor tried to argue me out of it and finally gave up with the remark:”We all have to grow up sometime.” Well, I have always loved science fiction and was reading Phillip Wylie at the time for entertainment. I discovered interesting correlations between Wylie, the liberal and Rand, the libertarian. The copyright dates indicated that Rand had taken some of Wylie’s ideas and exact locutions, capitalized the ideas (such as Attila the Hun as an archetype)and given them a 180-degree twist to prove the exact opposite point. The paper earned me an A+ (not easy in those days before spell check when we would get a grade for content and logic and writing ability over a grade for grammar and spelling). The professor was thrilled, of course, to have original work that cast any imputed *negative* light on Rand. In his mind, Rand’s influences from Wylie somehow diluted her message. Go figure.

They hate us more now, because we are just under 50% of the population. Look at the failures of the European constitution, for example, the intransigence of the Czechs and Poles or the rise of the Euro Skeptics. We are a global threat, not just a backward American remnant. Our ideas must be powerful, to evoke such hatred and angst.

Hopefully, we will rise again. In the meantime, all we can do is continue to resist and to speak truth to their (temporary) power.

The Founding Fathers were in the minority, therefore, we are in good company. As Ben Franklin stated, "We must all hang together, or assuredly we shall all hang separately."
