The Rodney King riots would look like a church social compared to what would happen here.
Think of what would happen if Clarence Thomas and the other
rational judges nullified the Electoral College vote.
That is the reason that there is no way they could let that happen, the Constituion be damned.

In the absence of proof of his eligibility it would be their clear duty to do so. Your consitition is inconvenient that way: it sets down baseline rules that others have the right to insist upon...
Civil unrest is a silly reason not to uphold the law.
Are you saying the Constitution we have is less important as long as we get a foreigner into the White House???
If the Constitution be damned, then of course so be all of us, and likely the rest of the planet as well. Careful with the descriptives.
To allow an ineligible man be sworn in as U.S. President is to choose far greater damage and more terrible destruction than Rodney King times one hundred, or even one thousand.

IF the SCOTUS was to examine the original documents and determine that PE Obama was not qualified to be POTUS based upon the constitution. In my opinion, anyone that riots is a “domestic enemy” which I have taken an oath to defend the constitution against. I would not enjoy doing so, but I would have no problem with using deadly force against them, IF directed by national command authority. If placed in a leadership role over troops directed to put down a lawless insurrection, I would and could be utterly ruthless in carrying out my orders to end riots. I’m certain many others with military status would agree with me.
I don’t honestly think that any “real” American would riot when the candidate was shown to be ineligible - regardless of color or creed. Therefore, those rioting would not be American citizens in my thinking.
