If the Nov. 26 attacks in Mumbai were carried out by Islamist militants as it appears, the Indian government will have little choice, politically speaking, but to blame them on Pakistan. What a stupid all-encompassing statement. Typical of the lame-stream press. It is like saying the U.S. has to blame Suadi Arabia for the 9/11 attacks because the terrorists who committed the act were Saudis. But, of course, they never did - that would have been "provacative".
