They keep mis-stating that Hawaii claimed Obama was born there--they did not, only that his birth cert is on file.
Background: Hawaii Revised Statute 338-178 allows registration of birth in Hawaii for a child that was born outside of Hawaii to parents who, for a year preceding the child’s birth, claimed Hawaii as their place of residence. Since Hawaii issues “Certificates of Live Birth” to children not born in Hawaii and “Birth Certificates” to children who are born in Hawaii, the only way to know where Senator Obama was actually born is to view Senator Obama’s original birth certificate from 1961 that shows the name of the hospital and the name and signature of the doctor that delivered him.

I'm not a lawyer, judge, or leftest, but here goes:
The Preamble to the Constitution is what was know in colonial times as a Notice of Intent, or the purpose for the law that followed.
The People are the purpose for the Constitution, but it is the States that are parties to the Compact, so only the representatives of the States for a Presidential election [or the electors] have legal standing under the Constitution to question whether or nor someone is qualified to hold office.
A member of the general public does not.
NBC is purposely mis-reporting the story, to give the lying Marxist squirrel cover and foment more riot if he is disqualified. The people running such propaganda crap should be tried and hung immediately. Batards are undermining the Constitution because they can, because no one in media is willing to report the truth about this fraudulent half-black faux president.

What makes your argument even stronger is the fact that early drafts of the Constitution provided, “We the States…” That language was expressly altered to emphasize that it was each and every citizen who was the power behind the Constitution.

We voted for electors, not the individual candidates. The electors vote on or after December 15, 2009. The results are then presented to a joint session of Congress and objections may be heard on January 8, 2009 pursuant to the 20th amendment and Public Law 110-430. See the letter on my About page hand-delivered to the local offices of my Republican Senators and Representatives. I urge you to take similar action, even if it is simply faxing a one page letter to Washington, D.C.

Look - I hear ya and I’ve sent my share of letter. But this is like a series of firewalls and Obamo keeps getting through.
Now we’re hittin’ up on the SC justices to just hear the darn cases. And if that doesn’t work? Letters to the electors - and how will that fly?

Letters to the electors will be a waste of time. O, his handlers and his legal team anticipated the moves in this struggle and handpicked his electors. I have no faith in the various lawsuits - with the exception of the Keyes action pending in CA - simply because O may be sworn in before anything is decided.
We have each had a President lie to us, lie to a judge and screw a young woman out of her day in court and walk; it is not unreasonable to conclude a Dem-controlled Congress will do whatever it takes to keep O in office.
A couple of things we know for sure.
1. Republican politicians have access to government records that almost certainly provide evidence O is not a natural born citizen (if, indeed, he is not as all the circumstantial evidence indicates).
2. Republican politicians have the authority to step up on Jan 8, ‘09 and provide proof O is not a natural born citizen. That arguably is game over.
3. We need to build a fire under our Republican politicians to get off their a$$es and go on the offense.
We do not just want to see what O may have to show us. We want to develop evidence he is disqualified, if that evidence exists.

The State of Hawaii’s argument in not releasing the BC is to protect the privacy of the individual. But Obama waived that right when he “released” his COLB. I suppose an argument could be made that he has never released the vault copy and since it contains different info, he has not waived his right in that respect. However, I don’t see any reason why his right was not waived as far as the Certification of Live Birth is concerned. Since he “released” it already, there are no privacy concerns regarding that document, so that should be open to the public. ( But of course, would the info on that document match the one he “released “? ) RELEASE THE COLB TO THE PUBLIC !!!

We collectively could not get our useless reps off their butts all through the election cycle - and that was before they got re-elected to their nice little feather beds in DC.

This is going to be very close - we need the Judges to make the whole effort legitimate - God knows the dems, libs and MSM have done everything possible to discredit or ignore any rational arguements publicly presented.
Yes, the stakes are high but “riots” are not the greatest risk. The loss of our rights under the Constitution is what’s on the table - nothing less. If this fraud is not stopped now, there won’t be a forum like this in 4 years.
The problem is that electors for Oprah’s Choice are robots and cannot be influenced in any way on something as “minor” as the U.S. Constitution.
The Certificate of Hawaiian Birth was issued to folks whose births weren’t registered. They were not issued to people whose births were registered, and the program was terminated in 1972.
When the popular “Bill” Clinton was allowed to remain in office in 1999 after committing perjury, the stage was set for another impostor as POTUS. The American people are totally clueless and more so every day.
These Republican politicians still there, with few exceptions, are afraid of their own shadows and maybe with valid cause!
It says she has submitted proof but does not say whether she was born in a particular place such as a home or a hospital in Hawaii. Nor do we get to know what the proof consists of. One wonders if there were not some standards as to what kind of proof sufficed that was set out somewhere.
So, normally we use the education system and the media to educate outside the home. As you well know, our kids early years are being polluted and the MSM - tv, print - is hopelessly compromised.
How would you suggest we give people a “clue?”

That is correct. You may not have seen my #28 while you were posting. The electors offer nothing by way of resolution. We can hope the courts provide a remedy, we can get in the face of our politicians or we can whine.
If you agree, persuade everyone you know to write their politician and urge them to research government files and file a formal protest on Jan 8, ‘09. If we do not put the fear of the pitchfork in them we – and our children and their children - are probably screwed.
Think that is an overstatement? Look at the ones O has appointed to work closely with him. Look at Biden, Pelosi, Reid, Dodd, Barney, Schumer, etc. ad nauseam.
And the MSM will buy it and not make a peep. Case closed, until years after the second term ends, the truth of the Kenyan birth will be miraculously uncovered by these same scum, at which point it will simply be an interesting footnote.
